We realize that in todays' market, selling your home can be expensive and very time consuming. Constantly keeping your home neat and tidy for lookers that may not want what you have to offer. You can save valuable time and money by letting us do the work for you.
Paradox Arts will provide you with a professional floor plan on ready to hand out flyers. If you are “For Sale By Owner”, have your home listed with an agent, or just want to have a floor plan drawing available for any reason, we provide low cost packages to fit your needs. All of this for much less than a Professional Architectural Firm may charge. And as mentioned, we’ll do some of the leg work for you or your realtor by providing Flyers, and web graphics to use on the listings.
Paradox Arts also provides "Before and After" packages. Show that potential buyer what they are getting, or what they can do with a little imagination. Increase the value of your curent home, or the potiential value for a sale.
Our rates start as little as twenty five cents per square foot for a single story home. You can purchase as much or little detail as you need, or mix and match plans as you wish to fit your budget. All for much much less than an Architect would charge.
So what’s the wait? Get an edge on the guy next door. Sell your home quicker and with less hassle. Or, make the most out of what you have with a visual of the potential of what your home has to offer.
- Our services include a wide variety of options. Whether you just want a basic floor plan of your house or property, or a detailed drawing complete with measurements, we can fit “your” needs to meet “your” budget. We will come to your location, take pictures, and measurements, and provide you with the detail you are looking for.
- Simply want to re-arrange furniture? Let us come in and perform our Basic Plus Furniture package, then, we will let you walk us through how “You” want to rearrange things. Once the plans have been drawn, this service can be provided through e-mail correspondences and pictures. You never have to leave your home!
- Already have "Blueprints" of your home? You know, those rolled up drawings that are stashed in the closet somewhere! The ones that take up the space of a dining room table, and are impossible to read! No problem. We can save you a bundle. Paradox Arts will take those bulky drawing and transform them into a simple one sheet flyer. Something that you can distribute easily to the potential buyer.
- We will provide paper drawings as well as web graphics for your listing. We will also provide your realtor with access to our site for them to obtain the drawings, or link to our site for your drawings.
- Our “Basic” package includes a basic floor Plan of your home with locations of Windows, Doors, Stairs, etc. Each room will be labeled to your specification. The basic plan includes major measurements of exterior dimensions.
- Our “Basic Plus” package includes the above, plus your property’s dimensions, and location of the home on the property. You can add the service to any of our packages.
- Our “Blueprint” package will allow big savings to the project. We simply take your Blueprints and transform them into a simple "one Sheet" flyer. You only pay the cost of the transformation, not the survey costs.

- Our “Detail Plus” Service adds detailed measurements of all exterior and interior walls. You can add the service to any of our packages.
- Our “Furniture” Service includes location of your furniture layout. You can add the service to any of our packages.
- Our "Before and After" Service will illustrate a planned addition to your home, renovation, or simply show you how to maximize your current living space? We also provide consulting services on how to get the most space out of your home. We can take your basic floor plans and show you what an addition, or simply knocking out a wall can do for your living space.
- Mix and match any of the Packages or Services to fit your needs and budget!
- Our "Basic" Package for a single story home starts at $.25 cents per foot.
- Multi Story and Split Level homes incur an additional $.05 cents per square foot.
- Additional Structures (Detached Garages - Storage Sheds - Boat Docks) additional $.10 cents per square foot.
- Our "Basic Plus" Package (Lot dimension and placement) is an additional $100.00 per 1/4 acre lot.
- Our “Blueprint” Package is provided at the low costs of only $.15 cents per square foot.
